Job Details

 

• Manage accounts by resolving any queries they have - serve as a point of contact for account(s).
• Coordinate with backend operations teams aligning pickups, deliveries, and re-atteppmts, etc. for a smooth operational flow.
• Monitor and manage performance of business and clients.
• Prepare presentations decks and performance for clients visit daily, weekly, monthly.
• Arrange client visits and MOUs events wherever possible.
  
   

Job Requirements

 

• Bachelor
• Communication, stakeholders management and data handling
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Client handling and business growth.
