WE ARE HIRING | GENERAL MANAGER – SALES & MARKETING

United Trading & Manufacturing (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing operations and drive business growth.

Position: General Manager – Sales & Marketing

Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing

Location: Korangi, Near VIP Restaurant, Karachi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies
• Lead and manage the sales team
• Drive revenue, market expansion, and business growth
• Develop strong customer and distributor relationships
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with management and other departments

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing

Strong leadership and team-management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Strong understanding of FMCG/distribution markets

Result-oriented with a strategic mindset
