Immigration Consultant

Crossroad Consultants is looking for a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in immigration counselling and sales.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client counselling, profile assessment, lead follow-ups, and converting prospective clients into successful customers.

Immigration Programs

Candidates with knowledge and experience in counselling clients for the following programs will be preferred:

• USA EB-2 NIW
• NIV
• Australia Skilled & Unskilled Immigration Programs
• Canadian Immigration Programs

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations with prospective clients.
• Understand clients' profiles, goals, and immigration requirements.
• Recommend suitable immigration programs based on the client's profile.
• Explain program eligibility, benefits, requirements, and procedures clearly.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
• Meet and achieve monthly counselling and sales targets.
• Build strong and professional relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about relevant immigration programs and policy updates.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal team when required to ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Immigration Counselling and Sales.
• Previous experience in an immigration consultancy is required.
• Strong knowledge of EB-2 NIW, NIV, Australian Skilled/Unskilled programs, and Canadian immigration programs is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Proven ability to convert leads into clients.
• Target-oriented and motivated personality.
• Professional client-handling and follow-up skills.
• Good command of English and Urdu.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Important

This position is primarily focused on COUNSELLING & SALES. Candidates should have previous experience dealing with immigration clients and converting leads rather than only having documentation or back-office processing experience.
