Location: PECHS, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments or closing sales. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, confidence on the phone, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers and prospects.
• Introduce company products and services effectively.
• Identify customer needs and qualify sales opportunities.
• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills with a neutral or fluent accent.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Work Location

This is a full-time onsite position based in PECHS, Karachi. Candidates must be able to commute reliably to the office.
