Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 Basic + Attractive Commissions
Transport: Available for females

About the Role

Globe Digits is looking for confident and persuasive eBook Front Cold Callers to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers through outbound cold calls, introduce our eBook publishing services, generate interest, and qualify leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce and promote the company's eBook publishing services.
• Build rapport and maintain a professional conversation with potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule appointments or transfer interested prospects to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and performance targets.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident phone presence.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
