We are looking for a dedicated HR and Administration Assistant to provide essential support across human resources and office administration functions. This full-time, on-site position involves assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and engagement initiatives, while also managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of ensuring smooth HR operations alongside maintaining an efficient office environment. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Maintain and update employee records with strict confidentiality, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Support onboarding activities by conducting orientation sessions for new hires. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, gathering feedback, and tracking appraisals. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other related matters. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

Administration Support:
Manage office supplies and inventory while maintaining effective relationships with vendors. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and organizing office events. Ensure smooth operation of office facilities by coordinating with building management and service providers. Maintain and organize office documentation and records systematically. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the HR and Administration departments.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in human resources and office administration support roles is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Familiarity with HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management is expected. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism is critical. Proficiency in office software and tools for record-keeping and communication is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Prior experience in employee engagement and wellness program support is an advantage. Exposure to vendor management and office facilities coordination is preferred.
