Full job description

Hiring: HR Officer (FMCG Manufacturing)

Company: Ana & Batla Industries — Manufacturer of Baby Diapers, Adult Diapers, Sanitary Napkins & Wet Wipes.

Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi

Timing: 9 am to 6 pm, Mon to Sat

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Public Administration (PA), or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR within FMCG or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Experience in recruitment, employee records, attendance & payroll coordination, and onboarding
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Age: Around 25 years
• Candidates residing near Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and employee records
• To maintain and update HR databases, files and documentation
• To coordinate attendance, leave management and payroll-related data
• To assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance
• To support employee relations and resolve routine HR queries
• To coordinate with Production and other departments on HR-related matters
• To assist in organizing training sessions, orientations, and employee engagement activities
• To prepare HR reports and correspondence as required

Salary: Rs. 60,000 – 80,000

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person.
