Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Karachi, is seeking an experienced Manager Compensation & Benefits to manage and strengthen the organization’s compensation, benefits, payroll, and rewards framework. The successful candidate will ensure that compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with the company’s business and talent-retention objectives. The person they are looking for should have the following:

Qualification: Masters with specialization in HRM.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, and rewards.
• Professional certification in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or payroll.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, payroll processes, HR analytics, and Pakistani labor regulations.
• Exposure of SAP HCM will be an advantage.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Skills: Excellent Communications & Team Management Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manage salary structures, pay grades, job evaluations, allowances, incentives, bonuses, and benefits programs.
• Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive compensation practices.
• Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and compensation budgeting.
• Prepare compensation reports, workforce cost analyses, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Partner with Finance and HR teams on compensation budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Support performance management and ensure appropriate linkage between performance outcomes and rewards.
