This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong sales acumen and the ability to handle objections professionally while building rapport. You will operate independently during designated hours, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets through persistent and strategic outbound calling. As a part of our sales force, you will represent Cyntrox in the US market by making calls to business prospects, maintaining detailed records, and closing sales with precision. This is a performance-driven role that offers highly competitive commission payouts on a weekly basis, rewarding your ability to deliver results. While you will not manage a team, your impact on organizational growth will be significant through your direct contribution to revenue generation.
Responsibilities
 

• Make outbound calls to targeted US businesses and initiate contact with key decision-makers.
• Engage with business owners to build trust, generate interest, and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Handle objections calmly and professionally to maintain positive communication and persuade prospects.
• Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Close sales by effectively communicating the value proposition and securing agreements.
• Accurately document all call details, lead interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Maintain a disciplined schedule and work independently during assigned hours to maximize productivity.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge about products and US market trends.
• Report progress and sales results to management in a timely and organized manner.
