Position: Group Head – Retail Banking & Distribution (Banking experienced)

Location: Karachi

One of our client, a leading commercial bank is seeking an accomplished and visionary Group Head – Retail Banking & Distribution to lead its nationwide retail banking business, drive strategic growth, and strengthen the bank's distribution network.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the retail banking strategy, enhancing customer acquisition and retention, expanding market share, and improving the overall performance of the branch network while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in retail banking, branch banking, or consumer banking, including significant leadership experience.

Proven track record of leading large-scale branch networks and delivering sustainable business growth.

Strong expertise in retail liabilities, consumer assets, branch operations, sales management, and distribution strategy.

Demonstrated success in driving business transformation, customer-centric initiatives, and digital banking adoption.

Excellent leadership, commercial, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Candidates with senior leadership experience in reputable local or international banks will be given preference.
