As we expand our presence in Karachi with a premium showroom, we are looking for a professional and confident Female Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our showroom.

Location: Main Bukhari Commercial, DHA Phase 6, Karachi

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident, articulate and well-spoken
• Professionally presented with a polished and well-groomed appearance
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with clients
• Excellent in verbal and written communication
• Comfortable dealing with high-value and VIP clients
• Professional, punctual and well-mannered
• Well-organized and capable of multitasking
• Comfortable with basic computer work and office communication
• Prior experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, sales, retail, or another client-facing role is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally assist customers visiting the showroom
• Manage the reception/front desk
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries
• Direct customers to the appropriate sales representative
• Maintain visitor and appointment records
• Coordinate appointments and client meetings
• Assist in managing VIP client visits
• Support the sales team with basic administrative and coordination tasks
• Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment
• Coordinate with management and sales staff when required
• Handle routine reception and administrative responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a confident presence, polished professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine customer-service mindset.

Experience in a premium/luxury showroom, hospitality, real estate, retail, or another client-facing environment will be an advantage.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience and suitability.
