This opportunity sits within a stealth, AI-native portfolio company building a product experience infrastructure layer for modern software businesses—transforming traditionally human-led product walkthroughs into intelligent, interactive, and self-serve user journeys. The platform enables instant access, precise narrative control, and scalable delivery of high-fidelity product experiences, directly improving activation, onboarding efficiency, and conversion velocity while eliminating reliance on sales bandwidth. The venture is led by a repeat founder with a distinguished track record of building and exiting technology companies, including a B2B InsurTech exit, recognition as Forbes 30 Under 30 MENA (2021), and raising ~$5M for a platform that generated ~$3M in policy sales—alongside multiple rapid build-and-exit cycles within weeks, reflecting exceptional execution speed and product intuition.
About the Role
We are hiring a Founding Growth Engineer — the first growth hire and dedicated growth co-founder for a Disrupt venture at MVP stage.
You join when the product works, but customers do not exist yet.
This role sits in a leadership triad:
- Co-Founder: what to build and why
- Tech Lead: how to build it
- Founding Growth Engineer: how to sell it and scale it
You are responsible for first revenue, GTM architecture, growth model, funnel systems, pod orchestration, and channel validation.
This is not a campaign management role.
If you need agencies, large teams, or long planning cycles to create traction, this role is not for you.
What You Will Do
- Build the growth model from scratch, working backward from MRR targets to daily channel inputs
- Find product-market-channel fit through rapid experimentation
- Own the full AAARRR funnel
- Close the first 10 customers within 90 days
- Build repeatable acquisition systems across paid, outbound, PLG, partnerships, content, and SEO
- Assemble and lead a cross-functional GTM pod
- Build AI-native workflows for outbound, landing pages, analytics, CRM automation, experimentation, and reporting
- Own sprint cadence and run 72-hour experiment cycles
- Track conversion bottlenecks, ROMI, CAC payback, and early unit economics
- Create product growth specs and influence roadmap through data-backed GTM insights
- Kill channels fast when evidence disproves scalability
What We’re Looking For
We hire for capability, speed, and ownership.
Must Haves
- Built at least one venture from $0 to meaningful revenue
- Closed early customers yourself
- Deep expertise in 2+ growth channels
- Strong growth model and funnel thinking
- AI-native operator using Claude, Cursor, Replit, GPTs, custom agents, and workflow automations
- Technical fluency in SQL, Python, no-code, landing pages, analytics, CRM tooling
- Experience leading pods or small cross-functional teams
- High comfort in ambiguity and founder-pressure environments
- Engineer-first growth mindset with strong automation/implementation depth; has shipped workflows and can use Claud Code, Replit, build integrations, scrapers, agents, dashboards, and quickly turn ideas into working systems
- T-shaped marketer with deep expertise in social/community and strong understanding of mechanics; able to orchestrate multi-channel growth loops without dismissing SEO
