IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Perform monitoring and analysis of network key performance indicators (KPIs), stats, and parameters.
• Identify and report on the worst cells and daily KPI dashboards.
• Perform network parameter and feature audits to ensure uniform network configuration.
• Conduct field visits to perform drive tests, address customer complaints, and carry out site surveys for all technologies.
• Post-process drive test data and recommend necessary actions to fix network issues to improve network KPIs.
• Interact with operational teams for the resolution of service-affecting alarms.
• Analyze congested cells and implement soft and physical optimization to reduce congestion.
• Initiate optimization actions, including tilt, azimuth, and parametric tuning.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Network Monitoring: Perform monitoring and analysis of network key performance indicators (KPIs), stats, and parameters for 2G, 3G, 4G, and VoLTE.
• KPI Management: Identify daily worst cells and maintain performance dashboards.
• Field Operations: Conduct field visits for drive tests, customer complaint resolution, and site surveys across all technologies.
• Optimization Execution: Initiate optimization actions such as tilt, azimuth, and parameter tuning.
• Database Maintenance: Maintain 2G, 3G, and 4G technology databases.
• External Coordination: Follow up on external interference cases and handle PTA/GR complaints.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Experience: Two to three years of relevant experience.

Technical Competency:

• Radio network optimization.
• Proficiency in RF optimization tools.
• Management of RF databases.
• Knowledge of wireless network architecture (2G/3G/4G).
