Electronics Engineer

Babji Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer with a strong foundation in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced electronic components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Servo Drives, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and Surface-Mount Devices (SMD). This role requires familiarity with repairing and diagnosing servo motors and drives, configuring drive parameters, and programming VFDs to ensure optimal machine performance. The Electronics Engineer will work in the North Karachi Industrial Area and will contribute to maintaining and improving the reliability and efficiency of the companys electronic systems. The position is suited for professionals with 3 years of experience in the field of electronics engineering, particularly in drive and motor troubleshooting and repair. The Electronics Engineer works independently without team management responsibilities and is expected to apply their comprehensive technical expertise to solve complex problems efficiently. The role demands precision, analytical skills, and a commitment to quality in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced testing and troubleshooting of electronic components including Servo Drives, PLC systems, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and related equipment.
• Diagnose faults in servo motors and drives using specialized diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes accurately.
• Repair and maintain Surface-Mount Device (SMD) components and electronic assemblies to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
• Configure and adjust drive parameters on VFDs and servo drives to optimize operational efficiency and system performance.
• Program Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for various industrial applications, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and quality checks on electronic equipment to extend equipment lifespan and improve reliability.
