EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Officer to join the UAT Team Health Section in our Corporate Benefits Operation. This role focuses on managing the full cycle of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new health system lines of business and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in test planning and coordination, stakeholder communication, defect tracking, and quality assurance. Although the position does not involve managing a team, it requires effective coordination across departments to ensure smooth project execution and successful system implementation. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience and a strong analytical mindset will find excellent opportunities to grow within this role. The Executive Officer is responsible for preparing Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), developing detailed test plans, and executing UAT activities that ensure the system meets business needs and quality standards. The role demands meticulous tracking and resolution of defects, cross-functional collaboration, and timely communication to stakeholders. The individual must demonstrate exceptional organization and problem-solving skills to help EFU Life Assurance Ltd. deliver high-quality health system solutions aligned with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and document Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) by gathering and clarifying stakeholder requirements to support system development projects.
  • Develop comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plans and coordinate test execution activities to validate new health system deployments and enhancements.
  • Manage defect tracking processes, promptly identify issues, and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure new health system lines of business align with defined business requirements and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, developers, business analysts, and other departments to support seamless project implementation and system integration.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to provide status updates, escalate issues, and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing testing outcomes and recommending process enhancements to improve quality assurance processes.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality focus in all aspects of UAT planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Utilize defect tracking tools and project management software effectively to document, monitor, and report testing progress and issues.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports that highlight testing progress, issues encountered, and resolution status.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges in testing phases and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and compliance requirements throughout the testing and implementation phases.
