IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Perform operations and maintenance (O&M) of the C4 NGN International Switching network.
• Monitor alarms and execute fault rectification.
• Handle customer complaints for Fixed, Ufone, Telenor, corporate, SIP, PRI, and BRI circuits involving international destinations.
• Manage traffic and generate comprehensive reports.
• Coordinate traffic routing with International Carriers.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Oversee the O&M of the C4 NGN International Switching network.
• Monitor system alarms and carry out efficient fault rectification.
• Resolve customer complaints for Fixed, Ufone, Telenor, corporate, SIP, PRI, and BRI circuits for international destinations.
• Execute traffic management and perform detailed reporting.
• Facilitate coordination and execute traffic routing with International Carriers.
• Coordinate effectively with IBR, Vendors, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA), and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification

• Education: A Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or Computers.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Competency:

• Expertise in Switching Core, IP, Data, and VoIP, including IMS, C4, ATCA, UMGs, IMG, STPs, MSC, and IPCC platforms.
• A strong understanding of Toll-Free, UAN, SIP PBX, and PRIs/BRIs.
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies.
