Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Erection Coordinator based in Kasur. The Erection Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of structural erection projects. Responsibilities include managing on-site activities, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, maintaining project timelines, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to address project-specific needs.

Qualifications

• Project Management: Strong skills in organizing, managing, and executing on-site erection projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in structural erection processes, steel structure assembly, and understanding of Pre-Engineered Buildings.
• Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in construction and erection projects.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication abilities, team leadership, and problem-solving skills for effective team coordination and client interactions.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to on-site challenges and demonstrate a hands-on approach to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Experience in a similar role, including familiarity with construction tools and equipment, is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
