Role Description The Ecommerce/Ebook Front Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing online storefronts and ebook listings, ensuring accurate product information, compelling descriptions, and effective merchandising. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, guiding buyers through the purchase process, monitoring sales performance, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates. The specialist collaborates with marketing and operations teams to support promotions, analyze sales data, and implement strategies that enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online listings, drive conversions, and meet revenue targets.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support buyers, resolve issues, and maintain a professional brand image.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Experience with online marketplaces, ebook platforms, and basic digital marketing practices.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets or dashboards for tracking sales and customer metrics.
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in ecommerce, retail sales, or digital products is preferred.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
