About the Role

Propstar Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Client Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through strategic prospecting and market research.

This role requires strong communication, research, and organisational skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through various online platforms and prospecting tools
• Generate and qualify leads based on predefined business criteria
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients through calls.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handovers
• Monitor lead generation performance and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, BPO, Tele-sales, or Outbound Sales environments
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques and prospecting strategies
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools
• Understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition processes

Location: Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-Time.
