Salary: PKR 35,000–45,000/month + Performance-Based Commission

Job Summary

3DM Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, generating qualified leads, and conducting outreach to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
• Generate qualified leads for the company's services.
• Conduct cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Develop effective outreach strategies to attract new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into potential clients.
• Track outreach activities, responses, and lead progress.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation and outreach performance.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in B2B lead generation, outreach, or business development.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and cold email campaigns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to research target industries and identify potential clients.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: PKR 35,000–45,000
