Qualification

The Draftsman will be responsible for accurate

material quantity take-offs from drawings (AutoCAD

and hard copies), ensuring alignment with structural

retrofit requirements. The role includes item-wise

progress tracking, maintaining detailed

measurement records, and supporting material

coordination, including tracking, reconciliation, and

site requirements. At project closeout, the

Draftsman will handle client verification of quantities

and prepare as-built and supporting drawings. Close

coordination with engineering and site teams will be

essential for smooth execution and documentation

control.
