Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can handle customer questions and concerns professionally.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and account issues
• Resolve customer problems quickly and professionally
• Make outbound calls when needed
• Document customer interactions and update customer information
• Follow company policies and customer service procedures
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude
• Meet customer service and performance goals
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
