Salary Package: Rs. 100,000 – Rs. 150,000 + Lunch Allowance

Royal Power Motorcycle is looking for an energetic and result-driven Team Lead to lead our sales operations and manage 2 sales teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate & monitor 2 sales teams.
• Track sales performance, targets & team productivity.
• Organize sales/customer data and prepare reports for management.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls and ensure proper customer follow-up.
• Manage and understand social media platforms and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with management and ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years’ experience preferred less-experienced candidates with strong potential may also apply.
• Auto industry experience is a plus, not mandatory.
• Excellent command of MS Excel & Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, leadership & organizational skills.
• Confident, target-oriented and comfortable managing a team.
