Full job description

Karachi Tutors Academy is hiring a Female Customer Service Representative to manage incoming calls and support tutor and tuition inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
• Respond to tutor inquiries and tuition inquiries.
• Understand callers’ requirements and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate between tutors, students, and parents when needed.
• Record inquiry details and follow up promptly.
• Maintain a helpful, polite, and professional communication style.

Requirements:

• Experience in call centers, travel agencies, customer service, telesales, reception, education services, tuition centers, appointment booking, or other telephone-based and customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and maintaining accurate records.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Work location: RJ Mall, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 10, Karachi (in person).

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Salary: Rs 35,000–40,000 per month.
