Customer Service Officer (Female)

What You Will Earn

• Top Performer Total: PKR 60,000 Plus per month
• Base Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 base salaries (based on experience)
• KPI Bonus: Up to PKR 10,000 extra per month for hitting call volume, lead conversion, and appointment targets
• Sales Incentive: PKR 1,000 – 10,000 cash per closed deal — no cap, no limit

Peace Automation (Pvt) Ltd provides CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and networking solutions to Karachi's top corporate and industrial clients — including Pak Army, PAF, Pepsi, Toyota, Suzuki, Khaadi, Abbott, and NRL. We are expanding and need a sharp communicator to drive our client outreach.

Your Role

• Make daily outbound/Inbound calls to corporate and industrial clients across Karachi
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into booked appointments
• Follow up consistently — track every lead, every conversation on CRM
• Send emails and WhatsApp messages to warm leads
• Support the sales team with coordination and basic office tasks

Who We Are Looking For

• Female candidate, Karachi-based (Gulshan-e-Iqbal / Gulistan-e-Johar / North Karachi area preferred)
• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree — any field
• Minimum 2–3-year experience in customer service, tele-sales or office work
• Confident Urdu speaker with fluent English — not shy on the phone
• Organized, punctual, and target-driven
