Content Creator & Video Maker/Editor

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas for real estate projects, properties, and company campaigns.
• Plan, shoot, and produce property walkthroughs, project videos, reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Visit project sites to capture high-quality videos and photographs.
• Create creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards for video content.
• Edit videos with professional transitions, captions, music, voiceovers, graphics, and branding elements.
• Create short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Produce content highlighting project features, locations, amenities, payment plans, offers, and investment opportunities.
• Create engaging content for property launches, events, exhibitions, site visits, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand project requirements and develop relevant content.
• Create thumbnails, basic graphics, motion graphics, and other visual content when required.
• Follow the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, editing styles, and content strategies.
• Organize and maintain raw footage, photographs, edited videos, and other digital media assets.
• Ensure all assigned content is completed within agreed deadlines.
• Review content performance and provide creative suggestions to improve reach and engagement.
• Support the Marketing team with other creative and digital content requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, video making, video editing, digital marketing, or social media.
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, framing, and camera handling.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
• Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site for property shoots, events, and project visits.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
