About the job

A new brand is launching, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help build its identity from Day 1.

This is NOT a traditional videography job.

We’re looking for a creative person who understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trends, memes, storytelling and—most importantly—what makes people STOP SCROLLING.
 

🎥 What you’ll do

• Create viral Reels, TikToks & YouTube Shorts

• Develop funny, bold and unexpected content ideas

• Shoot high-energy food and lifestyle videos

• Edit short-form content with strong hooks, captions, music & effects

• Identify trends and turn them into original brand content

• Direct employees, customers and influencers

• Develop recurring characters, challenges and content series

• Turn ordinary restaurant moments into entertaining stories

• Analyze content performance and improve future videos
 

🔥 Who are we looking for?

Someone who:

✅ Has experience creating short-form content

✅ Understands what makes content go viral

✅ Can shoot + edit videos independently

✅ Has strong creative instincts and storytelling skills

✅ Is comfortable directing people and/or appearing on camera

✅ Understands Pakistani social media culture, humor and trends

✅ Is fast, energetic and constantly coming up with new ideas

✅ Has a strong portfolio

Your degree matters less than your creativity and portfolio.

If you've created videos that generated 10K, 100K, 500K+ views—or even millions of views—we want to see them.

⭐ Bonus points

• Food/restaurant content experience

• Experience working with influencers

• Strong knowledge of TikTok & Instagram trends

• Comedy/content creation experience

• Ability to create content with minimal equipment

• A personality people naturally want to watch
