JOIN CALLCAFE – UK FOOD ORDER TAKING SPECIALISTS

CallCafe is a growing food order-taking and customer service company, supporting restaurants and takeaways across the UK. We are looking for a creative, energetic and talented Content Creator to join our team in Karachi.

THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who can take our brand's social media presence to the next level through creative, engaging and professional content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, short-form videos and social media posts
• Produce content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn
• Create behind-the-scenes content featuring our team, office and work culture
• Develop promotional content for CallCafe's services
• Shoot, edit and produce high-quality videos
• Create engaging hooks, captions, scripts and content concepts
• Research and utilise current social media trends
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
• Maintain consistent CallCafe branding and professional standards

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

✔Previous experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Content Creator
✔Strong video shooting and editing skills
✔Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn
✔Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
✔Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
✔Creative thinking and excellent storytelling skills
✔Good photography and videography skills
✔Ability to write engaging captions and video scripts
✔Strong attention to detail
✔Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔Portfolio / previous work is required

Position: Content Creator
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9 Hours Per Day
Working Days: 6 Days Per Week
