Content Writer

Role Overview
The Content Writer will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content across digital and print platforms including website copy, brochures, social media, email campaigns, and press materials that supports Falaknaz's marketing and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread content for websites, brochures, social media, newsletters, and ad campaigns
• Develop project descriptions, property listings, and promotional copy for real estate developments
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with campaign goals and brand voice
• Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience interests to inform content strategy
• Draft press releases, internal communications, and executive messaging as needed
• Optimize content for SEO where applicable
• Maintain a content calendar and meet publishing deadlines
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all Falaknaz brands and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role (real estate/property experience a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Urdu a plus)
• Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience writing for real estate, construction, or lifestyle brands
• Basic knowledge of social media content formats and trends
• Portfolio of published writing samples

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
