B2B Content Writer & GhostWriter

Sharksfluence is a Karachi-based influencer marketing and UGC agency serving DTC eCommerce brands across the US, UK, and EU. We build creator distribution systems, creator sourcing and management, UGC ad creative, affiliate programs, whitelisting, and Spark Ads — for brands that don't have the team or relationships to run it in-house. Twenty people, multiple active brands.

About the Role:-

You'll own everything Sharksfluence writes — for Sharksfluence. This is an in-house role, not a client-delivery one: you'll write our website and blog content, and ghostwrite for our agency account and our two founders' personal brands. You won't be writing for client brands.

That's researched, high-volume website content built to rank and to hold up when a prospect reads it after a sales call, plus turning our Strategist's ideas and our founders' knowledge into posts, scripts, captions and marketing material — in two founder voices, neither of which is yours.

You'll work alongside a B2B Social Media & Content Strategist, a graphic designer, a video editor and an SEO specialist. The Strategist decides what gets said. You decide how it's written.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Research blog and cluster content for our website, published at a consistent volume
• Service pages, landing pages and case studies — including the conversion copy
• Finding and validating your own topics, not just writing from briefs handed to you
• Ghostwriting posts and captions for the Sharksfluence account and both founders' personal brands
• Writing in two distinct founder voices, neither of which is yours
• Video scripts, VSLs and talking points for founder-led content
• Proposals, one-pagers, decks and sales material when we need them
• The final wording on anything customer-facing — you're the last set of eyes before it ships

Job Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years writing B2B content
• You've written blog and website content at real volume for a B2B business — agency, software house, SaaS or similar
• Practical SEO — you understand search intent, not just keyword placement
• You've written as someone else: a founder, an executive, or under a brand's byline
• You can write conversion copy, not only informational content
• You can find and validate a topic yourself
• You use AI writing tools daily, and you know where their output stops being good enough
• You can share published work and explain what each piece was trying to do

Experience:-

• Content written for US/UK/EU B2B audiences
• Video script, VSL or ad-script writing
• Influencer marketing, UGC, creator economy, ecommerce or agency background
• You've produced content that generated real traffic, leads or inbound
• Email or newsletter writing
• WordPress or Webflow
• You self-edit well enough that your work ships without a second pair of eyes

How We'll Measure Success:-

Consistent volume → fewer revisions → founders approving posts as you wrote them → content that ranks → pieces our sales conversations actually reference.

By month three, we want the calendar hitting on time and our founders publishing your drafts without rewriting them. We don't measure this role in words published.
