About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to develop engaging short-form video and social media content for our brands, products, and employer branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate should understand current social media trends and know how to turn products, people, workplace experiences, and ideas into content that grabs attention and builds engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, product videos, and social media content.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
• Plan and shoot product, promotional, lifestyle, workplace, and employee-focused content.
• Create content for employer branding, including employee stories, workplace culture, events, team activities, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit videos with appropriate cuts, transitions, captions, music, and effects.
• Create content for both organic social media and paid advertising.
• Develop different hooks, concepts, and formats to test audience response.
• Work closely with the Marketing and HR teams to develop content aligned with brand and employer branding objectives.
• Stay updated with trending content formats, sounds, styles, and social media trends.

Requirements

• Experience in Content Creation, Reels, Short-Form Video, or Social Media Marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Strong creative sense and ability to develop fresh content ideas.
• Experience creating e-commerce/product content will be highly preferred.
• Experience or interest in employer branding and workplace content will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing tools.
• Basic understanding of video shooting, lighting, framing, and editing.
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Ability to work from our Karachi office and collaborate with Marketing and HR teams.

You should be someone who understands what people want to watch and what makes them stop scrolling.

You should enjoy creating content around products, people, workplace culture, events, and everyday moments, and be comfortable coming up with new ideas and experimenting with different formats.

Timings: 9pm to 6am

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
