Join PMU as a Civil Engineer responsible for leading and overseeing civil engineering projects with a team of two professionals. This role involves planning, designing, and supervising construction and infrastructure projects to ensure they meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. The candidate applies surveying expertise and engineering principles to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements. The Civil Engineer collaborates with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, preparing design specifications, managing project schedules, and ensuring the effective use of resources. As a team leader, the engineer supports and guides two team members to achieve project objectives and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage a team of two professionals through all phases of civil engineering projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data critical for project design and execution.
• Design civil engineering structures such as roads, bridges, and buildings ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Prepare engineering drawings and technical reports for internal and client review.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients to address challenges and adjust plans as needed.
• Review and approve materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Analyze survey data and integrate findings into project designs and decision-making processes.
• Ensure all projects comply with environmental, safety, and legal standards throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
