Full job description

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Chat Sales Interns to join our in-house team. This is a great opportunity for fresh candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer communication, lead management, and client dealing.

As a Chat Sales Intern, you will interact with potential customers through chat, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, follow up with leads, and assist in converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers professionally through chat
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
Follow up with interested leads
Maintain positive customer relationships
Assist in converting leads into sales
Handle customer conversations and follow-ups effectively
Maintain professional written communication

Requirements

Intermediate or equivalent qualification
Good English communication and writing skills
Interest in sales and customer dealing
Confident and proactive personality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Ability to work from the office during the assigned shift
