Hiring: Appointment Setter – US Market

We are looking for an experienced and confident Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound calling for the US market and be comfortable engaging with potential clients, handling objections, and scheduling qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market
• Engage prospects professionally and introduce company services
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria
• Schedule appointments for the sales/business development team
• Handle gatekeepers and common customer objections confidently
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments
• Follow up with interested prospects to maximize appointment conversions
• Meet daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience in the US market
• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Experience dealing with gatekeepers and decision-makers
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working night shift

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT

Working Days: Monday to Friday.
