Audit Executive (Remote, Pakistan)

We are seeking a dedicated Audit Executive to join our remote team, supporting audit engagements based in Abu Dhabi that serve clients across the UAE and the wider GCC region. This full-time position is open to candidates based in Pakistan who have a minimum of two years of practical audit experience. The role involves working Monday through Saturday during morning shifts and offers a monthly salary of PKR 95,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough audit procedures and testing in accordance with established standards and client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS.
- Collaborate with audit teams to gather and analyze financial data from UAE and GCC clients.
- Identify and communicate any discrepancies or issues found during audits.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit files to support audit conclusions.
- Support senior auditors and managers in delivering high-quality audit services within agreed timelines.
- Utilize Excel and other tools to organize and interpret financial information effectively.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations relevant to the GCC region.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification in commerce or accounting.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in audit roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Ability to work remotely while managing time effectively during the specified shift hours.
