Cashier

We are looking for experienced Cashiers/Order Takers to join our team across multiple branches in Karachi. Candidates living nearby will be given preference. The ideal applicants should have prior experience in cashier or order-taking roles and possess at least an intermediate level of education. Immediate availability is highly desirable, as we aim to fill these positions promptly to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions with attention to detail.
- Enter customer orders correctly into the POS system, ensuring accuracy.
- Apply correct pricing, discounts, and promotions as per company guidelines.
- Issue receipts and process refunds following company policies and procedures.
- Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring no discrepancies.
- Deliver polite, professional, and friendly customer service consistently.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding their orders and payments to ensure satisfaction.
- Address basic customer concerns related to billing or payment, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier counter area at all times.
- Adhere strictly to café standard operating procedures (SOPs), cash handling policies, and store protocols.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience working as a cashier or order taker in a retail or food service environment.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate.
- Ability to work comfortably in rotational shifts, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given strong preference.
- This is a full-time, on-site position at branch locations.
- Monthly salary offered is Rs35,000.
