Dar BPO is seeking a motivated and progress-driven Sales Account Manager with at least two years of proven experience in B2B sales and account management. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent English communication skills and excels in client relationship management, negotiation, and lead generation. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales growth through effective prospecting and closing techniques. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and business expansion.
The Sales Account Manager takes ownership of assigned accounts and is responsible for identifying new business opportunities. The role requires proactive outbound and inbound calling, thorough market and competitive analysis, and strategic pricing considerations. The successful candidate is open to feedback, eager to learn, and aims to continuously improve sales performance while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities
Manage client accounts by developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to qualify leads, present tailored solutions, and drive sales conversions.
Implement negotiation strategies to secure favorable terms and close deals efficiently.
Maintain and utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Collaborate across departments to align client needs with product and service offerings.
Perform market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Develop and execute pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting activities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
Receive and incorporate feedback to refine sales approaches and improve client satisfaction.
Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and culturally appropriate.
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
