Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and financial records
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and accounts reconciliations
  • Conduct outdoor bank visits and coordinate with banks for account-related matters and documentation
  • Handle withholding tax-related matters and ensure timely compliance
  • Manage Sindh Sales Tax-related matters, including preparation and submission of relevant documentation and returns
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and reports
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up and recovery of outstanding payments.
  • Assist in monthly closing and other finance-related activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Location: SMCHS, Karachi
