Location: Shayan Iconic Tower – Plot No. 5, 8th Floor, Suite #805, Dehli Mercantile Society P.E.C.H.S. Block 3, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Karachi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000 per month

Experience: Fresh Graduates / Entry Level

Position Overview

Scaleup Connect is offering an opportunity for a Business Development Intern who wants to gain hands-on exposure to client acquisition, outreach, and sales support within the recruitment and HR services industry.

The intern will assist the business development team in identifying potential clients, conducting outreach activities, and supporting proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential companies that require hiring support.
• Conduct initial outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
• Support the preparation of client proposals and service presentations.
• Assist in scheduling meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain a database of leads and outreach activities.
• Conduct basic research on companies and industries.
• Support follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Assist the team in preparing outreach campaigns and client communication.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn business development practices
• Confidence in interacting with professionals
• Basic understanding of sales or marketing concepts
• Good research and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital communication tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
