Job Title:  Assistant Manager

Department: Institutional Research / Quality Enhancement Cell (IR/QEC)

Qualification: Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Management Sciences, Business Administration, or Social Sciences, from a HEC recognized University/Institution.

Experience: Minimum eight (8) years of overall professional experience, out of which at least four (4) years in the current role within Institutional Research and/or Quality Assurance at a reputable higher education institution. A strong understanding of HEC policies, institutional research methodologies, data analytics, and quality assurance frameworks is essential.  

Responsibilities
 

• To assist the Sr. Manager/Manager IR/QEC in developing reports related to HEC-QAA Yearly Progress Targets. Will review the YPR Targets and reports prepared by IROs and check evidences of each campus.
• Prepares and participates in developing various reports (surveys, SARs, RIPE, etc..) as per Manager’s directives.
• Prepares and participates in producing publications for SZABIST University, such as, Annual Report and Course Catalogue.
• Prepares and participates in conducting research studies on various aspects of the academic and non-academic operations of SZABIST to help inform policy formulation.
• Ensures that the work of SZABIST University IR/QEC is fully publicized for strengthening the image of the QEC and SZABIST. Will arrange awareness seminars, workshops, meetings and conferences etc.
• Ensures that the work of SZABIST University sustainable activities is fully publicized for strengthening the image of the university. Will gather evidences and progress reports from concerned department for various rankings.
• Ensures that the QEC staff is continuously learning new skills and techniques to strengthen the work of QEC.
• Will take updates and review the compliance reports prepared for HEC-QAA YPR Targets.
• Any other work that the Supervisor’s may assign.
