Crossroad Consultants is expanding our team! We are looking for a confident, motivated, and experienced Education Consultant who is passionate about helping students achieve their international education goals.

📍 Location: Marine Tower Opp: Clifton Dolmen Mall Hyper Star Block 4, Karachi

💼 Position: Education Consultant

⏰ Job Type: Full-Time

⏰ Job Timing: 10 : 00 am - 06 : 30 pm

💵 Salary: 60,000–100,000 PKR, with a competitive commission.

Key Responsibilities:•

Counsel students on suitable study destinations, universities, and programs based on their academic profiles.

• Guide students through university admission requirements and application procedures.

• Provide information regarding intakes, scholarships, tuition fees, documentation, and visa requirements.

• Manage student applications from initial counselling through the admission process.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing students.

• Stay updated with international university requirements, deadlines, and admission policies.

• Communicate professionally with students, parents, universities, and institutional representatives.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

✔ Experience in study abroad counselling / international education is preferred

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Good knowledge of international admissions and study visa processes

✔ Excellent student counselling and client-handling skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines

✔ Target-oriented and proactive approach
