Female Paid Interns – Special Education

Role Overview: Gain structured, hands-on experience supporting neurodiverse children within an integrated Montessori classroom setting.

• Assist lead educators with individual accommodation plans and sensory-friendly activities.
• Offer dedicated one-on-one support to children needing extra attention during lessons and playtime.
• Assist in preparing visual schedules, manipulative learning materials, and milestone observations.
• Fresh graduates or students enrolled in Special Education, Psychology, or Early Childhood Education.
• Patient, proactive attitude with a strong interest in inclusive early intervention.
• Basic understanding of developmental delays, ADHD, and autism.

Pay: Rs5,000.00 - Rs10,000.00 per month
