Job Overview

We are hiring motivated Appointment Bookers for a UK-based food ordering company.

The company will provide you with qualified leads and restaurant contact details. Your main responsibility will be to contact these leads, introduce our services briefly, identify interested prospects, and book appointments for our sales team.

You will not be responsible for closing the final sale. Your primary target will be to generate quality appointments with UK restaurant and takeaway owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads across the UK
• Speak with restaurant and takeaway owners professionally
• Briefly introduce our food ordering and business services
• Understand the prospect’s basic interest and requirements
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team
• Confirm appointment date and time with prospects
• Follow up with interested leads when required
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment records
• Update lead status and notes regularly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-booking targets
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding booked appointments

Requirements

• Good English communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Appointment setting, telesales, or cold-calling experience preferred
• Ability to communicate with UK-based business owners
• Ability to work UK timings / night shift
• Good listening and convincing skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
