Job Title: eBook Upseller (Female candidates are encouraged to apply).

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Target: USD $5,000 – $7,000 Monthly Sales Target
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary + Attractive Commissions
Transport: Available

About the Role

Globe Digits is seeking motivated and results-driven eBook Upseller to join our sales team. In this role, you will engage with existing customers, identify their publishing and marketing needs, and recommend additional eBook services to maximize customer value and drive revenue.

This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication and relationship-building skills who thrive in a target-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers and build strong professional relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant eBook publishing, marketing, and promotional services.
• Upsell additional services while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets of USD $5,000–$7,000.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous experience in eBook upselling, telesales, or outbound/inbound sales is preferred.
• Ability to meet revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
