Hiring: Solar Sales Executive (Male) – Karachi

We are actively looking for a confident, target-driven, and professional Solar Sales Executive who has strong field sales experience and knows how to deal with clients professionally. This is a field-based role for candidates who are serious about sales growth and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings and site visits professionally
• Generate genuine sales leads and convert them into customers
• Explain solar solutions, system benefits, and savings to clients
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain performance
• Build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
• Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution
• Maintain proper reporting and customer records

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales experience (Solar industry experience will be preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Must be confident in field work and client handling
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
• Own bike is preferred for client visits
• Basic MS Excel and Word knowledge required
