Cold Caller / Appointment Setter. Onsite Karachi

Real Impact Marketing is looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team onsite at DHA Phase 6, Bukhari Commercial, Karachi.

Initially, your primary focus will be cold calling businesses in the US market to offer Meta Ads and digital marketing services provided by Real Impact Marketing.

Your main goal will be to speak with business owners and decision-makers, identify potential opportunities, qualify prospects, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

We are looking for someone who understands that cold calling is not simply reading a script. You should know how to start conversations, ask the right questions, understand a prospect's situation, handle objections naturally, and move qualified prospects toward an appointment.

Work Location & Timing

• Onsite: DHA Phase 6, Bukhari Commercial, Karachi
• Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• This is an onsite position. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the US market
• Introduce Real Impact Marketing's Meta Ads and digital marketing services
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Identify whether a prospect is a good potential fit for our services
• Ask qualification questions before booking appointments
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team
• Follow scripts and frameworks while keeping conversations natural
• Handle objections confidently without sounding pushy
• Follow up with interested prospects when required
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, follow-ups, and appointments
• Work toward daily and weekly call and appointment KPIs
• Share feedback regarding common objections and prospect responses

Requirements

• 1–2 years of cold calling or appointment-setting experience
• Strong spoken English and clear communication
• Experience cold calling the US market is strongly preferred
• B2B cold calling experience is preferred
• Experience with digital marketing, Meta Ads, SaaS, lead generation, or other business services is a plus
• Comfortable speaking directly with business owners
• Strong objection-handling and questioning skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Experience using CRMs, dialers, or lead management systems is preferred
• Comfortable being evaluated based on calls, qualified conversations, and appointments booked
• Must be available for the 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM onsite shift
• Must be able to commute daily to DHA Phase 6, Bukhari Commercial, Karachi

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
