Full job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karāchi. The representative will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide excellent customer support, address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Additional responsibilities include ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Strong ability in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Skills in maintaining and improving Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and remain composed under pressure
• Familiarity with call center systems and customer management tools is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
