AI Engineer

Infinite Forces is building an AI-powered operating layer for health and wellness practitioners.

We create intelligent systems that manage enquiries, bookings, and client communication across calls, messages, and digital channels using large language models and voice AI. Our platform acts as a fully integrated AI team, allowing practitioners to focus on delivering their service while we handle the operational workload.

We are focused on real-world implementation, building reliable and scalable AI systems that plug directly into day-to-day business operations.

As a Mid-Level AI Engineer, you will work on production-level systems that combine LLMs, voice technology, and automation to power practitioner businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend systems using Python and Django
• Integrate and optimise LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini
• Develop and connect voice and audio systems including Vapi, ElevenLabs, and Twilio
• Deploy and manage frontend and backend services using Netlify and Render
• Manage databases, authentication, and workflows using Supabase
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise full-stack systems
• Suggest improvements and implement scalable AI-driven solutions

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years experience in backend or AI-focused development
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django
• Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs
• Experience integrating voice and audio platforms such as Twilio, ElevenLabs, or Vapi
• Familiarity with deployment workflows including Netlify and Render
• Solid understanding of databases and authentication, Supabase preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good English communication skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience building marketing or static sites such as Lovable or similar tools
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimisation
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
