Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable network Infrastructure.
• Implementation of Cisco and Firewall
• Plan for capacity, performance, and future technology upgrades.
• Oversee daily operations of LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security using NMS/SIEM tools.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response processes.
• Oversee monitoring, detection, investigation, and response to threats.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
• Establish policies for access control, privileged account management, and authentication.
• Evaluate and implement security technologies (SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, EDR, IAM, etc.).
• Stay updated with emerging cyber threats and Industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in security architecture and controls.

People Management Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective administration and dcipline for self and team, including adherence to break schedules, attendance, overtime, leave policies, and dress code standards. where applicable.
• Monitor and manage the achievement of individual and team Performance, ensuring accountability and consistent performance where applicable.
• Ensure continuous training and development opportunities for self and direct reports; mentor and assist junior staff as needed.
• Ensure Quality, Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance.
• Promote & maintain a culture of self and team motivation, engagement, and happiness.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to support staff to build team capabilities and ensure quality outcomes.

Preferably 5 - 6 years of experience
