Job description:

Location: Park Avenue, 1st Floor, Suit No. 111, Block 6, P.E.C.H.S, Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 90,000 (Based on Experience)

Are you an experienced International Call Center Sales professional with proven leadership skills? If you have a strong background in cold calling, international sales, and team management, we want you to join our growing team as an Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the International Call Center Sales team.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales agents to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor team performance, sales quality, attendance, and productivity.
• Conduct coaching sessions, team huddles, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with management to improve team performance and revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in International Call Center Sales, International Cold Calling, or B2B/B2C Sales Campaigns.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager role is highly preferred.
• Fluent English speaking is compulsory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent objection handling, closing, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
